Thank you all who have already contributed to our 1^st Annual Pre-Medical & Pre-Health Conference!

Our ability to host a great conference depends on the donations and sponsorship from organizations and businesses committed to helping students receive the best possible information in their pursuit of a career in healthcare. All contributions made to our organization go directly into providing the best speakers, workshops, and networking opportunities for these students at a low cost as they continue their academic career.

Presenting Sponsor (Contribution $5,000)

• A Presenting Sponsor will receive all the benefits of the Platinum Sponsor.
• A Presenting Sponsor will have the option of placing their Full Page (8.5” x 11”) ad on the inside front cover or the inside back cover of the Conference Program.
• The Presenting Sponsor’s name and/or logo will be set apart, enlarged or distinguished from the names and/or logos of the other conference sponsors and will be labeled in every mention of the conference as “Presenting Sponsors of the Pre-Medical & Pre-Health Conference at CSUSB.”
• All Conference publications, banners, marketing material, t-shirts, etc. will list the Presenting Sponsors as: “Pre-Medical & Pre-Health Conference – Presented by Sponsor Name.”
• The Presenting Sponsors will be given priority to have a booth at the Health Profession’s/Recruitment Fair for the purpose of promoting or selling their products.
• A Presenting Sponsor will receive premier seats throughout the event.

Platinum Sponsor (Contribution $2,500)

• All Benefits of the Gold Sponsor
• A Platinum Sponsor’s name and/or logo will be set apart, enlarged or distinguished from the names and/or logos of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze conference sponsors and will be labeled in the conference program as “Platinum Sponsor of the Pre-Medical & Pre-Health Conference at CSUSB.”
• Platinum Sponsors will be given location priority, after the Presenting Sponsor, to have a portion of the event to sponsor and/or assign a name. For example, “…sponsor name… Official Sponsor of the Pre-Medical & Pre-Health Conference Pfau Library Lawn Lunch.”
• Platinum Sponsors will be given location priority, after the Presenting Sponsor, to have a booth in the Health Profession’s/Recruitment Fair for the purpose of promoting or selling their products.
• Up to (8) banners (provided by sponsor) hung and displayed throughout the event.
• Name and/or logo will be listed as a sponsor of the Pre-Medical & Pre-Health Conference at CSUSB’s website: http://www.csusbpremed.org/. A link to the sponsor’s website will be provided upon request.
• Full Page advertisement in the Conference Program: 8.5” x 11”

Gold Sponsor ($1,000)

• All the benefits of the Silver Sponsorship.
• Up to (4) banners (provided by the sponsor) hung and displayed throughout the event.
• Half page advertisement in the Conference Program: 5.5” x 8.5”
• Name and/or logo will be listed as a sponsor of the Pre-Medical & Pre-Health Conference at CSUSB’s website: http://www.csusbpremed.org/. A link to the sponsor’s website will be provided upon request.
• Gold Sponsors will be given location priority, after Presenting and Platinum Sponsors, to have a booth in the Health Profession’s/Recruitment Fair for the purpose of promoting or selling their products.
• Insert ad into bags given to every attendee at conference entry (i.e. a flyer, a pen, a brochure, etc.).
• Sponsor’s logo will be placed on a custom bag given to every attendee at the conference.

Silver Sponsor ($500)

• All the benefits of the Bronze Sponsorship.
• Up to (2) banners (provided by the sponsor) hung and displayed throughout the event.
• Quarter page advertisement in the Conference Program: 4.25” x 5.5”
• Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the “Sponsor” page of the Conference Program.
• Sponsor’s logo placed on the back side of the conference t-shirt.

Bronze Sponsor ($250)

• One-eighth page advertisement in the Conference Program: 2.25” x 4.25”

Donations

All proceeds from conference donations go towards the development of the Future Health Profession Leaders Scholarship Fund. This Scholarship will be specifically designed to promote the advancement of higher education in healthcare for underrepresented students.
